Okechukwu Idika has over 18years of experience in Information and Communication Technology, System Billing and Project Management, certified in the areas of Information and Technology Infrastructural Library (ITIL), Comverse Comverged Billing System, (CCBS) FX CSR, COBIT, Project Management and Cloudera Certified Professional.
He holds a degree in Computer Science and MSC in Information Technology from Michael Okpara University of Agriculture Umudike and National Open University of Nigeria.
A member of International Association of Engineers (IEANG), Nigeria Computer Society (NCS), Computer Professional of Nigeria (CPM), Project Management Institute with a certificate on Fundamental Project Management with USAID Power Africa.
Okechukwu has worked with a telecommunication clearing house (Interconnect Clearinghouse Nigeria) as Billing System Analyst, after which he moved fully into the telecommunication industry as a Billing System Specialist with INTEC. He later joined Multi-links Telkom SA, and was among the winners of the companywide best staff Colabo award in the CIO department with an all-expense trip to South Africa for the 2010 World Cup and later furthered a Course in Computer Engineering Technology.
He joined the Pacific International Lines (PIL) as the Head of ICT in Nigeria, where he managed the end-to-end ICT business process and was a member of the Management team from 2011 till Nov 2014 when he resigned to join the Enugu Electricity Distribution Company PLC (EEDC).
He joined EEDC as Manager Billing and was later appointed the Technical Assistant to the Managing Director. Thereafter, he assumed the Acting Head of Billing until he was confirmed as Head of Billing.
In 2023, Okechukwu was appointed the Head of ICT department, a position he still occupies till date.
Nnenna Obi

NNENNA OBI has over 10 years’ experience in sales, people management and commercial business. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Banking and Finance and Master’s degree in Management from the Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT), Enugu.
he commenced her career with the Nigerian Brewery PLC and worked in marketing and sales and later worked as an Admin Officer in Anambra State Ministry of Lands. In 2014, she joined the Enugu Electricity Distribution Company (EEDC) as a Human Resources Officer.
In 2017, because of her enthusiasm for sales and her distinctive skills in providing solutions to issues, she joined the Commercial Group as a Feeder Manager and later rose to the position of District Business Manager. During this period, she won several awards and recognitions for her sterling performance.
Nnenna was appointed the Head of Commercial, Enugu State in 2022, a position she still occupies till date. She is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management.
Akabogu Ikenna

Akabogu Ikenna is an astute data analyst and certified Computer application Specialist with over 20 years in the power sector.
He holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Statistics from the Federal University of Agriculture, Umudike, Abia State, a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree in Statistics from Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka, Anambra State, and a Postgraduate Diploma (P.GD) in Information Technology.
Prior to joining the Enugu Electricity Distribution Company (EEDC), he served at the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development as a Data Analyst. While in EEDC, he rose through the ranks and served in various capacity, as an Enumerator, System Administrator, Data Center Manager, Billing Manager, District Business Manager in charge of Abakpa District, and District Business Manager in charge of Awkunanaw District, a position he held before he was appointed as Head Commercial responsible for Anambra Central 1 region.
He introduced reforms that improved efficiency and accountability in the billing process, resulting to increased revenue and customer trust.
Ikenna has attended several professional trainings, both local and International. He enjoys football, research, and meeting people.
Engr. Nwachukwu Obinna

Engr. Obinna Nwachukwu is a Mechanical-Electrical Engineer and Energy and Power expert with over 10 years’ experience spent in the Generation and Distribution arms of the power sector. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri, Imo State.
In 2014, he joined the Enugu Electricity Distribution Company (EEDC) as an Operations and Maintenance Engineer and later rose to the rank of a District Business Manager, a position he occupied till he was appointed the Head of Commercial, Central 2 Region, Anambra State.
In the course of his career, he has effectively managed power projects from planning, monitoring and implementation, and he is familiar with Engineering standards associated with electrical power distribution stations, gear-switches, breakers, panels and controls.
Anthony Achebe

Anthony Achebe serves as the Company Secretary and Head, Legal of Enugu Electricity Distribution Company Plc (EEDC).
Anthony has had a career spanning over thirty four years of active legal practice in the public and private sector. He is an established Specialist in Corporate and Commercial Law Practice; Company Secretarial Administration; Oil and Gas; Foreign Direct Investment; Electricity Power Regulation and Labour Relations. His years of experience has seen him serve on the Board of several private and public limited liability companies as well as serve as Advisor to several companies on law related matters including Corporate Governance, Asset acquisition, financial regulation issues and Arbitration amongst others.
He obtained an LL.B (Hons) degree from the University of Nigeria in the year 1986 and thereafter proceeded to the Nigerian Law School where he was awarded a B.L (Certificate of Call to the Nigerian Bar). He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
