Francis Chinedu Ejiofor is a Member of Security Institute (MSI), who worked meritoriously for thirty-five (35) years in one of the Agencies of the Intelligence Community of Nigeria, known as the Department of State Service (DSS) where he rose to the position of a State Director of Security (SDS).

Prior to becoming SDS, he served in various capacities, such as Staff Officer (SO), Chief Security Officer (CSO) to Governors, Principal Staff Officer (PSO) Assistant Director of Operations/Intelligence, Administration and Logistics and Security Enforcement.

He attended several courses within and outside the country and served virtually in all the geo political zones of the country.

Due to his zeal for excellence and commitment to duty, he was nicked named “OPS Director” and “Star Director” in many States where he served.  He is a specialist in VIP Protection, Anti-kidnapping and Rescue Operations, as well as Crisis and Perception Management.

Ejiofor who has a B.Sc degree in Political Science retired from the State Security Service (SSS) in February 2016 and he is currently the Head (Security) at Enugu Electricity Distribution Company (EEDC).
