Ijeoma Ogudebe Ijeoma Ogudebe is a professional and an astute Customer Care expert with over 18 years work experience in the electricity sector. She is currently the Head, Customer Service department of EEDC, a position she assumed in September 2022, after effectively steering the affairs of the department as a Manager
She holds a B.Sc. in Marketing from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Anambra State; and an MBA from ESUT Business School, Enugu. She is a member of the Institute of Customer Service of Nigeria (ICSN), as well as National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN). She is also an Associate Member, Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR).
Ijeoma has participated in various training programs, both local and International. She enjoys travelling and meeting people.
