Band A Feeder Compensation
In line with the applicable service standards for Band A feeders, the lists below provide details of Band A feeders eligible for compensation due to service failure.
Bulk SMS notifications containing the compensation tokens have already been sent to affected customers. Customers can also retrieve their compensation tokens through the EEDC Bot.
